Dramabox

Overview

DramaBox is a mobile short-drama streaming experience designed around fast, continuous viewing on mobile. The product focuses on vertical video playback, episode navigation, playback continuity, locked-content flows, and a lightweight viewing experience that keeps the story moving without unnecessary friction.

I worked across both the Flutter product experience and the media delivery architecture. Beyond the player UI, the project evolved into a local-first content pipeline for preparing video, generating HLS media, managing playback assets, and delivering them through Cloudflare R2. The work pushed me to think about the product and the media system as one continuous experience rather than two separate engineering problems.
